- "Service" refers to the hosting platform, including website, APIs, dashboard, and infrastructure provided by Aeryn.
- "User" means any individual or entity who creates an account or uses the platform in any way.
- "Content" refers to any data, files, code, or other material uploaded or generated using Aeryn services.
- "Coins" are virtual, non-transferable tokens used internally to exchange for platform resources.
- "Abuse" includes but is not limited to actions that disrupt platform stability, violate laws, or exploit technical loopholes.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Aeryn to engage in any of the following activities, including but not limited to:
- Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, or phishing content
- Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning other servers
- Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior or impersonation
- Bypassing platform limits via alternate accounts or automation
- Storing or sharing copyrighted material without rights
- Running self-bot or spam Discord clients
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
- Creating or participating in pyramid schemes, scam giveaways, or fake "server boosters"
- Hosting deepfake, gore, CSAM, or any content illegal under UK law
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account termination and a ban from the platform without prior notice.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Aeryn service, including our website, console (dashboard), APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Aeryn is operated as a personal project by an individual under the age of 18. While we store limited personal information (e.g., email addresses via Discord login and encrypted credentials), we do not monetize this data, sell it, or share it with third parties. Due to our operator's age, we are currently unable to register with the ICO but aim to comply with UK data protection principles to the fullest extent possible. If you are concerned about this, we recommend not using Aeryn.
1. Eligibility
To use Aeryn, you must be at least 13 years of age or the legal age in your country for entering into agreements. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Use of Service
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use the Service to distribute malware, engage in DDoS attacks, mine cryptocurrency, or conduct any illegal activity under UK law or international regulations.
- You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license Aeryn’s services without explicit permission.
- We reserve the right to remove or suspend any server, user, or activity deemed abusive or disruptive.
3. Resource Fair Use
Aeryn offers both free and paid hosting tiers. Abuse of free tier resources—including bypassing limits or hoarding idle servers—may result in restriction or removal. Resource allocation is subject to available capacity and may change at any time.
4. Virtual Currency
"Coins" are virtual units used within the platform to exchange for server resources. These coins have no monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency. We may reset balances or modify coin usage rules at any time without liability.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in activity harmful to Aeryn or its users
- Use services in a way that risks platform stability or legal exposure
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeryn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or system failures arising from or relating to use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
